Wiersholm has had the pleasure of advising Marlin Equity Partners in connection with Marlin and Altor's successful joint voluntary offer to acquire all shares of Meltwater N.V.

Meltwater NV is a global media intelligence and social analytics company domiciled in the Netherlands and listed on Oslo Børs. The transaction values the total share capital of Meltwater on a fully diluted basis at approximately NOK 5,800 million.
