Simen’s practice focuses on capital market transactions, general company law and securities law. He has considerable experience with assisting Norwegian and international companies and managers in connection with listing processes on the Oslo Stock Exchange and Euronext Growth. Simen also provides advice on acquisitions of listed companies, public offerings, private placements and other transactions. He has international experience from working with capital market transactions in a leading international law firm.
