Saga Welco operates a fleet of 48 open-hatch vessels and provides a worldwide semi-liner service. The transaction is expected to close in 2026, subject to regulatory approvals in multiple jurisdictions.

Sibelco Nordic AS has successfully divested its refractory business in Åheim, Norway, to Betker AS through an asset deal.
Following the transaction, Sibelco will continue its olivine mining and processing operations at the Åheim site—the world’s largest commercial olivine deposit—while Betker AS will take over all operations of the refractory plant.

The financing includes 450 million euros in committed green loan facilities and a so-called accordion facility, i.e., the option to increase the credit line by up to 150 million euros at a later date to support future growth. This marks the largest loan transaction ever made in the European EV charging industry and underscores the market’s trust in IONITY’s long-term vision. Currently operating over 5,000 charging points, IONITY aims to more than double the number of charging points to approximately 13,000 and grow its network to more than 1,300 charging sites by the end of 2030. On February 21, OSM Thome announced on that institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Transportation Group will acquire a stake in OSM Thome.
OSM Thome is a global ship management group operating a fleet of more than 1,000 ships from 20 offices around the world. The group’s founding shareholders, OSM Maritime Partners and Skagerak Holding, will continue as shareholders, resulting in a long-term ownership constellation that ensures both continuity and growth. Existing financial investor, funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., will fully exit the business in the transaction. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in 2025.

Today marks the first day of trading for Integrated Wind Solutions ASA on Euronext Growth Oslo.
IWS is an offshore wind service company offering a fleet of service vessels to the offshore wind industry combined with a suite of adhering services. Wiersholm has advised IWS on several capital raises the last years which have seen IWS increase its fleet of commissioning service operation vessels to four vessels, with an additional two vessels under construction with delivery in 2025.
