Information:
On February 21, OSM Thome announced on that institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Transportation Group will acquire a stake in OSM Thome.
OSM Thome is a global ship management group operating a fleet of more than 1,000 ships from 20 offices around the world. The group’s founding shareholders, OSM Maritime Partners and Skagerak Holding, will continue as shareholders, resulting in a long-term ownership constellation that ensures both continuity and growth. Existing financial investor, funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., will fully exit the business in the transaction. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in 2025.
We congratulate all parties with an exciting transaction and extend a particular thanks to OSM Thome and its shareholders for their vote of confidence and collaboration throughout this process.

Today marks the first day of trading for Integrated Wind Solutions ASA on Euronext Growth Oslo.
IWS is an offshore wind service company offering a fleet of service vessels to the offshore wind industry combined with a suite of adhering services. Wiersholm has advised IWS on several capital raises the last years which have seen IWS increase its fleet of commissioning service operation vessels to four vessels, with an additional two vessels under construction with delivery in 2025.
Congratulations to Lars-Henrik Qvernheim Røren, Marius Magelie and the rest of the IWS team on the uplisting, which also saw approximately 700 new shareholders being added through a NOK 30 million retail offering.

Wiersholm has had the pleasure of assisting NTE in connection with the agreement to acquire Raudfjell Vind AS and Tromsø Vind AS, the companies that own the Kvitfjell and Raudfjell wind farms.
The wind farms are located at Kvaløya in Tromsø municipality. They have an installed capacity of 288 MW and generate an annual production of 750 GWh, which corresponds to the annual energy consumption of approximately 50,000 households.
