Jon Martin Atkinson

Jon Martin is affiliated with Wiersholm’s corporate department and has broad experience advising on M&A, capital raisings, the establishment of joint ventures and other collaboration structures, as well as exit processes involving target companies with high growth potential, complex regulatory frameworks and complex commercial interfaces. He has particular experience with technology companies, renewable energy and aquaculture, and has led a number of complex transaction processes.
