Anne-Marit works primarily with matters relating to IP, privacy, technology, IT and contracts, and is a member of our IPR/technology team. Major aspects of Anne-Marits work involve advising clients on all aspects of privacy law, outsourcing, software development as well as drafting and negotiating contracts. She has considerable experience with technology transactions, primarily pertaining to the identification of privacy related issues and securing data and IP.
