Wiersholm was named "Law Firm of the Year: The Nordics" by the internationally recognised magazine The Lawyer at the European Awards 2020.

The judging panel particularly emphasised Wiersholm’s solid economic growth, focus on collaboration and investment in its employees as a basis for the award.

– We are extremely happy to receive this award towards the end of 2020. Over the last years, we have had a significant growth, driven by a continuous emphasis on expertise and a clear focus on creating added value for our clients. We are very pleased that the jury also emphasised the collaborative culture in our firm and our investments in our employees. Together, these factors have also made us able as a firm to handle the Covid-19 period in a good way. On behalf of all in Wiersholm, I want to say how grateful we are to get this recognition from the Lawyer, says Managing Partner in Wiersholm, Morten Goller.

Wiersholm was also “highly commended” in the top award “European Law Firm of the Year”.

– The judges praised Wiersholm’s submission for its agility, diversity, robust service model as well as its imaginative initiative regarding climate change. Congratulations to Wiersholm, said Catrin Griffiths, editor of the Lawyer, in connection with Wiersholm’s award at the European Awards where Luxembourg firm Arendt & Medernach was named European Law Firm of the Year.
