Miloš Novović is a law professor working with law and technology. Prior to joining BI Norwegian Business School, he provided advice on GDPR compliance to Telenor Group, focusing on international data transfers, negotiation of complex data protection agreements, and risk assessments in complex projects. Milos comes from Montenegro, and holds a PhD from University of Oslo, Faculty of Law.

Nicholai Pfeiffer is a senior executive with extensive experience within technology, corporate governance and transformation. He has a talent for managing corporate affairs teams while optimizing performance, integrity, and costs. Nicholai is a frequent speaker at various conferences on topics such as AI, data governance and data privacy. He also teaches data protection officers at the business college of Oslo.

Caroline Olstedt Carlström is head of Cirios’s Data Privacy group and chair of the Swedish Data Protection Forum. She has 20 years’ experience of international data protection and has served as legal and strategic advisor to companies in the IT, media, telecommunications, energy, finance and biotech sectors. Caroline’s broad experience in data privacy covers a wide range of operational, compliance, regulatory, strategic and policy aspects.

Rune Opdahl is partner in Wiersholm’s IPR&TMT team. He specializes in intellectual property law (copyright law, trademark law and patent law), data protection/privacy law, marketing law, IT law, consumer law and contract law. He acts as advisor and litigator for clients in a range of industries, including in the media, technology, e-commerce, pharmaceutical and financial industries.
