Wiersholm congrats Europe’s largest private equity owned software business – Visma – now valued at EUR 19 billion!

A Wiersholm core team comprising of Kai Thøgersen, Kristian Elvestad Ottesen, Birgitte Meistad Hermansen and Kjersti Fjone Yttervik are proud to have advised Visma in connection with the exiting changes in its investor base, where the team has advised on all aspects of the transaction, all from secondary sale, share exchanges and facilitation for around 20 new investors etc.

If completed, it is no doubt that Visma’ continued journey as the leading provider of mission-critical cloud software in Europe and Latin-America will be strengthened as a result!

Further, we want to congratulate Hg who will continue its 17-year long investment in the business with a majority stake! What a journey!
