Kjersti is a part of Wiersholm’s corporate and M&A team. Kjersti primarily works with M&A, restructuring and general company law, especially within the tech field. Kjersti assists Norwegian and international companies in strategic transactions and investments.
Kjersti is currently on a leave of absence.
