Wiersholm has assisted with a private placement in Elywhere

Elywhere has raised NOK 95 million through a private placement towards Farvatn Private Equity, Borge Hald, the Adolfsen Group and selected other investors.

A Wiersholm team consisting of Svein-Helge Hanken, Jonas Sverre Mathisen og Maja Maria Blegen has had the pleasure of advising Elywhere and ABG Sundal Collier with the private placement.
