Svein-Helge Hanken advises clients on M&A, investments, company law and aquaculture law. He possesses extensive experience in private equity, having managed numerous transactions for private equity clients and investment firms. Svein-Helge has also played a pivotal role in advising on several major M&A transactions for both investment funds and industrial entities. He has a specialized focus on the seafood industry.
Additionally, Svein-Helge serves as the co-head of Wiersholm’s Seafood Sector Group and is a key member of the management team for Wiersholm’s Corporate Department.
