Wiersholm has assisted Schibsted with secondary placement
Wiersholm acted as legal adviser to Schibsted in relation to its successful secondary placement of NOK 1.7 billion worth of shares in Adevinta and its TRS transaction relating to 3% of the shares in Adevinta.
Wiersholm’s team consisted of Sverre Sandvik, Anne Lise Gryte and Karl Magnus Ulstein-Rygnestad.
