Karl Magnus provides general legal advice relating to stock exchange and securities law and company law, and has extensive experience within capital market transactions. He has particular knowledge and experience with ECM transactions, such as IPO’s, private placements and rights issues, which he was able to further develop in a two-year secondment as legal counsel at the investment banking division of DNB Markets.
