Wiersholm has assisted Widerøe with transaction agreement with Norwegian

Wiersholm has had the pleasure of assisting Widerøe's shareholders with the transaction under which Norwegian will acquire Widerøe.

Wiersholm’s team has included: Harald Hellebust, Fredrik Gunhildrud, Elisabeth Lian Haugsdal, Tor Bechmann, Karen Cecilie Gildberg, Martine Korslund and Ida Dokken.
