Wiersholm has assisted Viridor in bidding process for Quantafuel
Viridor has announced an offer, through its wholly owned subsidiary Harald Norway Bidco AS, to acquire all the outstanding shares in Quantafuel ASA.
Wiersholm has had the pleasure of assisting Viridor throughout this process. Wiersholm’s team has included Harald Hellebust, Sverre Sandvik, Anne-Marit Wang Sandvik, Fredrik Gunhildrud, Sebastian Hestnes Andresen and Joachim Berle.
