Linn Nærup Børke graduated with a degree in Economics from CBS (Copenhagen Business School) and SSE (Stockholm School of Economics) and started her career in J.P. Morgan in London and Nordic Capital in Scandinavia, before joining Askeladden & Co in 2018 where she is currently a partner. Together with their entrepreneurs they build adventures, which to date includes companies like Cutters, Dr.Dropin, Paint’n Sip, Squeeze, Verd Funeral and olio.

Magnus Bernin

Managing Director, DNB Markets (Sweden)

Magnus Bernin is a Managing Director at DNB’s Investment Banking Division in Sweden. Magnus has a total of close to 25 years of experience in M&A and equity capital markets transactions, including both private and public market transactions. Magnus spends a large part of his time working towards private equity, but has also worked with a large number of corporate clients in various sectors, both in the Nordics and internationally.

Trond Lund

Head of Business Development, N2 Applied

Trond Lund is an expert within agriculture and sustainable fertiliser production. He seeks to find solutions which are both good for the farmer and for the planet, and works worldwide as Head of Business Development for N2 Applied. He is a graduate (MSc Materials Technology) from NTH in Trondheim in 1994. He has more than 20 years of experience within industrial gases, oil and gas, telecom and food tech. He has held management positions in Yara Praxair, FORCE Technology, Telia and DNV GL Presafe.

Marina Ergatoude

Director of Transactions Advisory Services, EY

Marina Ergatoude is the leader of the Markets pillar in Global TAS Executive structure, reporting to the TAS Deputy Vice Chair. Her focus is in Private Equity, and her role entails integrating Sector/Industries, Accounts and BD to generate demand, develop investment plans for TAS Growth to win for EY's clients. She has a ‘fast ball’ in Private Equity and lead a global team. Before joining EY in 2014, Marina had experience from BMI Research as Head of Business Development Europe and Senior Sales Manager, Capital Markets, at Marcus Evans.

Roland Pezzutto

Principal, Marlin Equity Partners

Roland Pezzutto is a Principal and his primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Marlin, he worked at Investcorp where he focused on private equity investments, including carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions and exits across a broad range of sectors and geographies. Prior thereto, Mr. Pezzutto worked as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and public market transactions. He earned an M.Sc. in International Business from HEC School of Management in Paris, France and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Università Cattolica in Milan, Italy.

Jo Isaksen

Managing Director, DNB Markets (Norway)

Jo Isaksen is a Managing Director at DNB’s Investment Banking Division in Oslo and part of the global management team for the Investment Banking Division. Jo leads the M&A and private equity coverage team which is a dedicated team to increase focus on private equity clients. Jo has close to 12 years of experience from M&A and equity capital markets transactions.

Ingjerd Røynås

Managing Associate, Wiersholm

Ingjerd Røynås works mainly with mergers and acquisitions and in questions related to corporate law and contract law. Røynås has experience in assisting industrial and financial players, as well as private equity funds. A large part of her work is cross-border, focusing on international business transactions. Ingjerd Røynås is an experienced team leader and has broad experience in coordinating transactions. Her practice involves transactions in a variety of industries, including industry, technology, retail and oil services.

Øystein Dørum

Chief Economist, NHO

Øystein Dørum worked in the Ministry of Finance’s Economic Policy Department from 1988 to 1995, rising to Deputy Director General and head of the National Budget Office. He served as an advisor to the European Commission in 1993. He has subsequently held the position of Senior Economist with Sparebanken NOR (1995–98) and Chief Economist with DNB (1998–2016).

Rikke Eckhoff Høvding

Rikke Eckhoff Høvding joined the Norwegian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (NVCA) as CEO in 2015. She has previously worked at Argentum Asset Management, at Burson-Marsteller and as a reporter and editor for the venture capital and private equity journal unquote. She is a board member of think tank Civita, newspaper Mediehuset Minerva AS, and the network “Kvinner i Frontfinans” which works to promote more women in front office positions in the financial industry. She holds an MSc Management with Finance from University of Bath, and a BA (Hons) Politics with International Studies from Warwick University.

Tove Rådelius

Prior to joining Norrsken, Tove worked in London at buy-and-build investment firm Marwyn Capital and PwC’s Deals Advisory practice specialising in Tech, Media and Telecom companies.

Magnus Tornling is Partner, Head of Norway and Head of EQT's Global Industrial Tech Sector Team. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Magnus spent twelve years in the Corporate Finance department of ABG Sundal Collier in Oslo, lastly as the Co-Head of Investment Banking and Head of Equity Capital Markets. Magnus holds an M.Sc in finance from the Norwegian School of Management.

Erik Engellau-Nilsson

Erik Engellau-Nilsson is the CEO of Norrsken Foundation, an organisation that helps entrepreneurs solve the world’s biggest challenges. Norrsken runs Norrsken House, Europe’s biggest hub for impact entrepreneurs, and its VC fund which invests directly in impact companies across the world. Prior to Norrsken, Erik worked for the Swedish payments company Klarna.

Pete Witte

Associate Director, Private Equity, EY

Pete Witte is an Associate Director in EY’s private equity group, leading EY’s research and analysis initiatives in the PE space. He manages a global team of industry analysts to produce insights and thought leadership designed to keep industry practitioners informed about topics and trends across a range of dimensions, including fundraising, structuring, acquisitions, value creation, and the emerging markets. Pete joined EY in 2008 from Morgan Stanley, where he was an equities trader in the firm’s Venture Capital Services Group, working with VC funds and their Limited Partners to provide liquidity management. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Deutsche Bank.

Ulrik Smith

Ulrik Smith joined FSN Capital Partners in 2005 and is a Partner in the Oslo office. He currently serves on the boards of Mørenot, Saferoad, ViaCon and Fibo. Curious about the world, Ulrik left Norway in 1993 and graduated from the United World College of the Atlantic in the UK (IB), McGill University in Canada (BA Economics) and the Harvard Business School (MBA). Prior to joining FSN Capital, Ulrik was at McKinsey & Company (Canada), Citigroup (USA), Venturepark (Germany) and Goldman Sachs (UK).
