Svein-Helge Hanken

Svein-Helge has a master’s degree in law from the University of Oslo (2011) and has worked as an associate in Schjødt and as an attorney in Cermaq. He started as a senior associate in Wiersholm in 2016 and works primarily with M&A, with a particular focus on fisheries and aquaculture. Svein-Helge was in 2021 ranked as one of Norway’s “Up and Coming” international lawyers in the Norwegian Financial Daily’s annual lawyer survey.

Magnus Nordøy Snellingen

Magnus has a master’s degree in law from the University of Tromsø (2008). He worked as an associate in Haavind and as a deputy judge in Drammen District Court before starting as a senior associate in Wiersholm in 2012. Magnus works primarily with dispute resolution in company and torts and contract law. In recent years, he has worked particularly with complex contracts and liability cases in the banking and finance sector.

Petter Thomren Moltu

Petter has a master’s degree in law from the University of Oslo (2010). He started as an associate with us in 2011 and has since risen through all the ranks in Wiersholm. Petter works primarily with bank and bond financing. He assists lenders and borrowers with various forms of bank financing, including project financing and acquisition financing, and assists both managers and issuers in bond issues. Petter has been recognised by Chambers Europe 2021 as an “Associate to Watch” and by Legal 500 as a “Rising Star” in banking and finance.
