Morten Nadim's main practice areas are litigation and dispute resolution, mostly regarding insurance law and professional liability.
Morten has a PhD from the University of Bergen (2017) about the decision making in the Norwegian Supreme Court, and has several publications regarding the Court. He taught tort law and contract law, and is still external examiner at the Universities of Oslo and Bergen. Ha was also subject co-ordinator for the course Legal culture and comparative law at the University of Stavanger.
