Wiersholm has advised on the IPO of Norconsult

Today marks the first day of trading of Norconsult ASA on Oslo Børs. Wiersholm has had the pleasure of advising Carnegie and DNB Markets as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, and Nordea and SEB as joint bookrunners in connection with the IPO.

The IPO comprised a sale of shares by existing shareholders of NOK 2.1 billion, implying a market capitalisation of Norconsult of approximately NOK 5.7 billion, making it the largest IPO in the Norwegian market in 2023 in terms of market capitalisation.

Wiersholm’s core team consisted of Sverre Sandvik, Karl Magnus Ulstein-Rygnestad and Markus Olaussen.
