Wiersholm has assisted on Energy Drilling share issue and acquisition
Wiersholm is pleased to have advised the managers DNB Markets and Pareto Securities in connection with the share issue by Energy Drilling Management Pte Ltd towards a new key shareholder.
The proceeds from the share issue will be used to finance the acquisition of three tender rigs from Seadrill.
Our team has consisted of Anne Lise Gryte, Sverre Sandvik, Karl Magnus Ulstein-Rygnestad, Markus Olaussen and Stian Karlsen.
