Nordic Buy Out Forum er den største årlige M&A konferansen i Norden. Konferansen ble etablert i 2011 og arrangeres av Wiersholm, med støtte fra Norwegian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (NVCA). Nordic Buy Out Forum er en anerkjent arena for nettverksbygging og kunnskapsdeling for venturekapital- og private equity-bransjen og andre som er involvert i transaksjonsmarkedet i Norge og de andre nordiske landene.
