Nordic Buy Out Forum 2025

Nordic Buy Out Forum 2025 celebrates 15 years as the leading meeting place in the Nordic region for the private equity and venture capital industries. Since its establishment in 2011 by Wiersholm, the conference has grown into a central arena for knowledge sharing, networking, and insights in a continuously evolving market, bringing together decision-makers, investors, advisors, and industry experts in M&A from around the world each year.

This year’s 15th-anniversary conference will take place on December 4, at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Oslo. Throughout the day, participants will have access to a timely and forward-looking program reflecting developments in the transaction market. Topics will include regulatory changes, the use of artificial intelligence in due diligence processes, financing trends, and how ESG considerations are integrated into today’s investment decisions.

The conference offers unique opportunities to connect with industry leaders and experienced professionals through both educational sessions and social events. Participants represent a broad spectrum of stakeholders — from private equity funds and corporate executives to lawyers, investment bankers, and asset managers.

The event is free of charge but requires registration. Early registration is recommended to secure a place. The preliminary program and speaker list will be published in autumn 2025.
