Odin mainly works with contract law, public procurement law and dispute resolution. He has experience in advising both contracting authorities and suppliers with procurement procedures, and has particular expertise with procurement law and contract law issues related to public passenger transport contracts.
Odin is co-author of Karnov’s legal commentary to the Norwegian Regulation on public procurement.
Odin is currently on a leave of absence.
