Martin Fevaag Larsen

Martin Fevaag Larsen specialises in transactional advisory, with a particular focus on venture investments, technology companies and growth companies. He leads Wiersholm’s work on venture investments and assists private investment companies, funds, venture companies, founders and other private-sector participants on investments, acquisitions and disposals of businesses, and corporate law. Martin also assists industrial players and technology companies in various phases of growth and development.

Martin has expertise across all stages of merger and acquisition processes and extensive experience in structuring and executing transactions, capital raisings and investments in venture and growth companies. He also has significant experience with restructurings, general corporate law advice, and advice and negotiations relating to the structuring and establishment of joint ventures and other forms of cooperation between private-sector participants.
