Mathias Bjerkøy primarily works with national security, investment screening (FDI), sanctions and export controls, as well as ESG, compliance, and human rights. Mathias has particular experience advising on preventive security matters and security clearances at both individual and corporate level, including in security-classified procurements, as well as regulatory clearances in connection with domestic and cross-border acquisitions and investments.
