Lene Helstad Haugen

Lene is HR Director with responsibility for an integrated HR function that supports the organisation’s strategy, priorities, workforce planning and implementation. She leads and develops the HR team, drives continuous improvement and digitalisation of HR processes, and ensures good quality and compliance within employer responsibility, labour law and GDPR – including handling whistleblowing cases and conflicts. She represents the company in AMU.

In addition, Lene is responsible for competence development, with the main focus on renewal and further development of internal training. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing competence programmes across sales, advisory and management functions, and she advises managers on operational and strategic HR issues. She also works with organisational development, including performance management, goal management and employee insight, to strengthen performance, culture and leadership.
