Kai has extensive national and international experience in providing corporate and strategic advice, contract drafting and negotiations in mergers, acquisitions, capital market transactions and other major restructuring processes. Kai is admitted to the Supreme Court.
In addition he is an experienced team leader and chief negotiator and actively advises clients across various sectors, with a particular focus on technology.

Advised KKR (and Visma and existing Visma management in relation to management's shareholding) on its sale of approx. 40% of Visma to Singapore Government Investment Corporation, Montagu and Intermediate Capital Group.
Assisted Visma in connection with the acquisition of Raet B.V. from HG Capital
Assistance to Domino's Pizza Group plc in connection with its acquisition of Dolly Dimple's Norge AS (through its subsidiary Pizza Pizza Norway AS) from NorgesGruppen Servicehandel AS.
Assistance to Visma onin connection with the acquisition of the Bluegarden Group from Marlin Equity Partners, LLC. Bluegarden offers payroll administration, human resource administration and business process outsourcing solutions delivered in the cloud and tailored to each of its target geographical markets and customer segments. Wiersholm assisted with the due diligence process, the transaction agreements, the transaction structure and the post-restructuring of the Bluegarden Group.
Assistance to Cognizant in connection with its acquisition of Frontica Business Solutions AS from Frontica Group AS (indirectly owned by Akastor ASA). The transaction was a complex cross-border transaction, including a pre-closing restructuring of the existing global business.
