Jonas Sverre Mathisen

Jonas has more than ten years of experience advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law, including both domestic and cross-border transactions. He has extensive experience advising on transactions across a broad range of industries, and has, in recent years, been involved in some of the most high-profile M&A transactions in Norway.

He regularly advises Norwegian and international private equity firms, venture capital investors and industrial companies on structuring, leading and executing M&A transactions. In addition, he advises clients on day-to-day corporate law matters and strategic legal advice.

Jonas has previously served as a judicial clerk at the Supreme Court of Norway. In addition, he regularly serves as an external examiner in contract law courses at BI Norwegian Business School.
