Fredrik Hammerstrøm

Fredrik primarily works with mergers and acquisitions. He assists Norwegian and international private equity funds and industrial owners and companies in strategic transactions and investments. Fredrik has experience as a project manager on several transactions, having successfully led numerous transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side. He mainly deals with company and contract law issues, but also has experience with capital markets and securities law.
