Erlend works with ESG and compliance. He has particular experience with human rights law pursuant to the ECHR, the Constitution and the UN Conventions, as well as corporate human rights responsibilites under the Norwegian Transparency Act, OECD guidelines and UNGP. Among other things, he is the author of the commentary on the Transparency Act.
Erlend also works with adminstrative law, regulatory law, corporate criminal law and media law. He assists both private and public clients, providing ongoing advice, handling disputes, engaging in transactions, conducting legal research and assisting in regulatory and criminal matters.
Erlend is currently on a leave of absence.
