Erik Ellekjær Kjesbu

Erik is a lawyer at Wiersholm’s Trondheim office and is part of the firm’s M&A and corporate law practice.

He advises Norwegian and international clients on M&A, corporate law and investment processes, and has broad experience in leading and executing large and mid-sized transactions. Erik advises clients throughout all phases of the transaction process, including structuring, negotiations, due diligence, transaction documentation and completion.

He also assists clients across a range of sectors with general corporate law advice, share issues and other equity transactions, and has extensive experience with capital raisings in venture and growth companies.
