Erik Ellekjær Kjesbu

Erik is a lawyer at Wiersholm’s Trondheim office and is affiliated with the firm’s M&A and corporate law practice.

He primarily works with M&A, corporate law and investment processes, and has extensive experience in structuring, leading and executing complex domestic and international transactions.

He advises clients across a broad range of industries on general corporate law matters, share issuances and other equity transactions, and has also litigated several cases before the Norwegian courts.
