Elisabeth works with competition law, EU/EEA law, state aid law, administrative law and dispute resolution. She advises clients in competition law proceedings before the Norwegian Competition Authority, the EFTA Surveillance Authority and the EU Commission, with particular experience from cases concerning restrictive practices and abuse of dominance, and also handles damages actions before the courts for breach of the competition rules.

Elisabeth regularly advises public and private clients in state aid cases before the EFTA Surveillance Authority in connection with state aid notifications and complaints for breach of the state aid rules. She also has experience from court proceedings regarding breach of EU/EEA law and has thorough knowledge of the EU/EEA legal framework from her previous experience as a legal officer at the EFTA Secretariat in Brussels.
