Selected projects
Assisted Gjensidige Forsikring ASA in connection with Norway's Norway's largest scandal in the legal profession, where lawyer Ousdal defrauded investors of 700 million kroner, has led to extensive legal consequences and media attention. The trial was held over four weeks in Oslo District Court and is one of the most widely covered business crime cases in the media in 2024–2026.
Assistance to IBM Norge AS in a dispute against St. Olavs Hospital HF, Helse Midt-Norge RHF, and Hemit HF regarding an alleged breach of contract for the delivery of IT services. IBM was acquitted by Trøndelag District Court and was also awarded on its counterclaims
Arbitration case related to the interpretation of a share purchase agreement and the obligation to close based on decisions from public authorities. The client succeeded in full.
Anne Gøril assisted in what was the largest IT lawsuit in Norwegian courts ever, where Wiersholm's client IBM prevailed in all instances and was awarded full legal costs for both the district court and the court of appeals
