Hans Erik’s practice covers the entire area of intellectual property and TMT law. He advises Wiersholm’s clients on a wide range of matters related to technology/telecom, intellectual property law, trademark law and media-/marketing law. He has particularly wide experience in assisting companies in the technology and media sectors. He has for decades assisted client in extensive contract negotiations within these markets and legal areas, including strategic as well as legal advice. He has extensive experience from the relevant industries and has also held directorships with important market players.

Hans Erik is ranked as one of Norway’s most prominent experts on intellectual property and TMT law by the recognised ranking agencies Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, as well as by the Norwegian business newspaper, Finansavisen.
