Wiersholm is proud to announce that Andreas Ehrenclou will join the firm as a new partner. With an impressive background in M&A and corporate law, Ehrenclou will bring valuable expertise and experience to the firm’s corporate team.<\/p>\n\n\n

Andreas joins us from his role as Legal Director at Schibsted ASA, where he has been a key figure since 2015. He has also previously worked at BAHR and Algeta ASA. His extensive experience with complex M&A transactions and corporate law, combined with a solid legal education from the University of Bergen, makes him a valuable addition to Wiersholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
