Leadership transition at Wiersholm: Stephan L. Jervell succeeds Morten Goller<\/h1>\n\n\n

On 1 January 2024, Stephan L. Jervell will assume the role of new managing partner at Wiersholm, succeeding Morten Goller, who has led the company for six years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Stephan L. Jervell, one of Norway\u2019s leading litigation lawyers with a particular emphasis on international arbitration, has had a long-standing tenure in the firm and has held numerous leadership roles, including that of chairman of the board at Wiersholm. He is now ready to take on the challenge of leading Wiersholm into the future and continuing the positive growth the firm has seen in recent years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-I am very motivated to take on this role. Morten has built a solid organisation and a strong foundation over the past few years. I look forward to continue building on this, and especially to seizing the opportunities that lie ahead. In addition, I am eager to lead the dedicated and professionally skilled team we have at Wiersholm, who strive for quality in everything we do and always prioritise the clients\u2019 interests, says Stephan L. Jervell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Morten Goller, who has made significant contributions to the firm during his tenure as managing partner, has chosen to return to his role as a partner with a particular focus on dispute resolution in tax law and public procurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-I am incredibly proud of Wiersholm\u2019s development over the past few years. It has been a period filled with many highs, but also with demanding periods like the coronavirus pandemic. I am very pleased that Stephan is succeeding me, and I am confident that he will continue to lead Wiersholm with the same dedication and commitment to quality that is our hallmark. Now I look forward to being able to fully concentrate on the lawyer role again, and to put all my energy and focus into assisting our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
