Teaching<\/h1>\n\n

We are a professional services company. As leading business lawyers, our knowledge and experience are our most important resources – and contribution to society. That is why it is important for us to use our expertise to create value for society – also outside our client engagements. We contribute to the development of tomorrow’s lawyers and managers through teaching, contributions to professional forums, and through conferences, seminars and in-house courses.<\/p>\n\n\n

Lectures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Wiersholm’s lawyers regularly give lectures at universities and colleges, to help educate tomorrow’s lawyers and leaders. We teach at the University of Oslo, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and BI Norwegian Business School. We also contribute through a mentoring scheme for law students at the University of Oslo. Every year we teach at several legal forums such as JUS (Juristenes Utdanningssenter), the Norwegian Bar Association and JUC Norway, at universities, through private supervision of students and we participate as speakers at external seminars and conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the autumn of 2023, Wiersholm entered into collaboration with BI Norwegian Business School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seminars and conferences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the year, we share our knowledge with our colleagues in various forums, and contribute to increasing the business community’s expertise by organising seminars and conferences in several legal practice areas. We organise seven regular conferences each year, as well as a large number of seminars where we share our legal expertise in various areas – the best known are Oslo Compliance Forum and Nordic Buy Out Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Newsletters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every year, we publish more than 100 newsletters on various legal topics and current events on wiersholm.no. These newsletters are also distributed to thousands of e-mail subscribers and shared with our network on LinkedIn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
