The UN Global Compact is based on ten principles &#8211; and our adherence to the Global Compact means that we do our best to conduct our business in line with these principles.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-icon has-icon-arrowForward\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/globalcompact.no\/un-global-compact-10-prinsipper-for-ansvarlig-naeringsliv\/\"><svg xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" viewBox=\"0 0 24 24\" height=\"24\" width=\"24\" class=\"t2-icon t2-icon-arrowforward\" aria-hidden=\"true\" focusable=\"false\"><g stroke=\"currentColor\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\" stroke-width=\"1\" style=\"transform: scale(1);vector-effect: non-scaling-stroke;\"><path d=\"M4 12.8074H20\" stroke=\"currentColor\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\"\/><path d=\"M12 4.80737L20 12.8074L12 20.8074\" stroke=\"currentColor\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\" fill=\"none\"\/><\/g><\/svg><span>You can read the ten principles of the UN Global Compact here<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-our-commitments\">Our commitments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Through the UN Global Compact, we commit to working purposefully and systematically in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment and anti-corruption. This means that we will implement a number of measures to ensure that the Global Compact&#8217;s ten principles become part of our daily operations, culture and strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As a result of joining the UN Global Compact, compliance by our suppliers is an important requirement. In 2018, we implemented new sustainability requirements for our suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Through our UN Global Compact membership, we undertake to report on the measures we implement. You can read about which measures that have been implemented and our plans for the future in our report on ESG and sustainability (Wiersholm Communication on Progress) below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As a member, we will promote the UN Global Compact and the ten principles through our communication channels.
