“Climate Litigation: How To Protect your Business Interests<\/strong>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Climate Litigation against companies is on the rise, and about 40 % of Climate Litigation cases outside of the US now involve companies. Cases against companies have traditionally been focused on the fossil fuel sector, but we now see cases launched across other sectors, including airlines, the food and beverage industry and financial services. In this year’s Trends in Dispute Resolution Forum, we will explore ways to protect your business interests when defending against such cases. We will have a look at which trends we see developing in Corporate Climate Litigation, i.e. what types of cases we can expect going forward, and we will also take a closer look at Climate Litigation in Norway.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
