Anne Katrine\u2019s core practice areas are compliance, sustainability, and corporate governance. She has extensive experience advising both Norwegian and international companies, as well as public sector organizations, on a wide range of legal matters related to compliance and sustainability. Anne Katrine has particular expertise in environmental law and EU sustainability regulations, advising companies on all aspects of these legal areas, including managing application and appeals processes, conducting ESG-related due diligence, and sustainability reporting. Furthermore, Anne Katrine has significant experience with international sanctions and export control regulations. She advises on risk assessments, the development of compliance programs, international sanctions disputes, and crisis management in cases of regulatory breaches. She is also highly experienced in providing companies with strategic guidance on risk management, internal controls, and the effective implementation of new regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Anne Katrine regularly provides compliance and sustainability training for companies, management teams, and boards of directors. She frequently lectures on her areas of expertise, including for organizations such as JUS, JUC, and various universities. Anne Katrine wrote her master\u2019s thesis on sustainable finance and the regulation of green bonds, and in 2022, she was recognized as \u201cAssociate of the Year\u201d by the Norwegian Bar Association in acknowledgement of her dedication to the advancement of ESG regulations. <\/p>\n
