Tormod primarily works with mergers and acquisitions. He assists Norwegian and international private equity funds as well as Norwegian and international companies in strategic transactions and investments. Tormod has experience as a project manager on several transactions, having successfully led numerous transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side.
