Tor also regularly advises on complex commercial contract negotiations and handling of shareholder conflicts.<\/p>\n<p>Tor also has many years of experience from board positions within various industries.<\/p>\n<p>He regularly lectures on company law, and is a frequent speaker to other lawyers and legal professionals at the annual conferences National Corporate Law and Transaction Conference and &#8220;Advokatenes Fagdager&#8221;. Bechmann is a member of the academic committee at the Centre for Continuing Legal Education Committee for Corporate Law (JUS).
