Pia-Maria Ingvaldsen Sj\u00f8lie holds both the operational and strategic responsibility for Wiersholm\u2019s HR activities. She serves as a sparring partner for the firm\u2019s partners and leaders and is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing HR processes, guidelines, and policies in line with the firm\u2019s strategy and needs. Pia-Maria has primary responsibility for the management of the firm\u2019s HRM system and acts as the owner of HR master data, HR analytics, and reports. She leads projects related to salary processes, promotion procedures, and bonus schemes. She is also responsible for employee surveys and the follow-up of their results.<\/p>\n
