Oda works primarily with public procurement law, contract law and dispute resolution as well as compliance and investigations, in particular with public procurement law. She has extensive experience in advising suppliers and contracting authorities with procurement procedures, and particular expertise with dispute resolution related to public procurement law. Oda holds regularly lectures and seminars regarding public procurement law. <\/p>\n
Oda has written the article “Interpretation of tenders”, in Lov og Rett 05\/2014. She is also co-author of the book “Procurement law in a nutshell” (Morten Goller et. al), 2013 and 2017. Oda has also written an article regarding damages in a procurement law perspective published in the Norwegian Journal of Commercial Law with Morten Goller. <\/p>\n
Oda was ranked among top 10 lawyers in Norway within the area of public procurement in the annual Lawyers Survey in Finansavisen (Norwegian Financial Daily) in 2023.
