Marte specialises in acquisition financing and refinancing under Norwegian and international loan agreements, syndicated debt financing, restructuring, as well as general company law relating to her practice areas. She also has experience working with restructurings and insolvency related issues, and spent one year working for the restructuring department at Danske Bank.
