In addition to M&#038;A, Andreas provides advice on general company law and corporate governance matters, and contract negotiations. <\/p>\n<p>Before joining Wiersholm, Andreas spent 10 years at Schibsted, including serving as the company\u2019s Head of Legal, where he gained in-depth knowledge of the technology and media sectors.
