He has experience handling complex matters within marine insurance law, maritime law, and transport law.<\/p>\n<p>He regularly assists insurers, owners and charterers with claims under H&#038;M, P&#038;I and LOH policies and with direct action claims against P&#038;I insurers in Norway. He also has experience with matters relating to salvage, arrest, collision, cargo damage and shipbuilding.<\/p>\n<p>He has litigated a number of cases before the courts and in arbitration \u2013 including under the rules of the Nordic Maritime and Offshore Arbitration Association (NOMA).
