He has been involved in many different types of M&#038;A transactions, such as acquisitions, divestments, mergers and demergers involving listed and unlisted companies in Norway and abroad. <\/p>\n<p>With considerable experience of different types of capital market transactions he frequently assists with IPOs and other types of equity transactions in sectors ranging from shipping and seafood to E&#038;P, technology, finance and real estate.
