Helena mainly provides advisory and dispute resolution services within labour law for national and international companies. Her work includes assistance in staff reduction processes, individual dismissal cases, transfers of undertakings, and questions regarding hiring of personnel. Helena also has extensive experience in providing labour law advice in transactions and investigations, as well as in labour law dispute resolution and litigation.
